A challenging but fair
out-and-back course on the northern portion of the Long Island Greenbelt
Trail-from th GLIRC Clubhouse to the Cold Spring Harbor trail terminus. The 25 K race is once out and back; the 50 K race is a double out and back. Plentiful well stocked aid stations.
