Broadway Ultra Society 2015 Mid-Summer Special Event
(Fifth Annual)
The BUS 6-Hour Pajama Romp
 
Saturday - July 25th, 2015 - 5pm to 11pm

For 2015, the 5th Annual running of the 6-Hour Pajama Romp once again took place in Astoria Park from 5pm to 11pm on Saturday evening, July 25th. 94 runners completed a total 2511.2 miles (or an average of 26.7 miles each).

2015 Race Summary Description:
  1. The race will be held in Astoria Park, Queens on well-lit park paths (not on the track). (Map)
  2. The course loop will be about 1.27 miles, with a couple of "significant rises".
  3. The race will start exactly at 5 PM and end exactly at 11 PM.
  4. All runners will recieve specially imprinted BUS pajama shorts.
  5. Mass transit from the city on the N train to Astoria Blvd (6 blocks from the start/finish area.
      Richie will make sure everyone will get a ride back to the train after the race.
  6. Parking near the start/finish area is available.
  7. Fee-free On-line registration WILL be available for this event. Information and manual
    forms are available now, and the online account will be active on Thursday, 5/28/15.
  8. PLEASE register early... All entries must be received by Wednesday, 7/20/15.
  9. Late and race day entries will be accepted only with verbal approval by the Race Director.
  10. This year this event WILL be an official NYUR Grand Prix event.
